This website is a brochure and ordering gateway. It does not maintain a customer database and does not transmit form entries to a server.

When you submit an order, visit, appointment or certificate request, the details you enter (name, phone number, date, concern and notes) are composed into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send. Nothing is submitted until you press send inside WhatsApp.

A sapling photograph selected for the stewardship certificate is read locally in your browser to create a preview. It is not uploaded to us. The certificate is generated on your device and downloaded directly.

Orders, appointments and site visits are coordinated over WhatsApp and telephone by the EFL team. Those messages are retained in our business WhatsApp account for the period needed to fulfil your request, support after-sales service and maintain order records.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Its own privacy terms apply to the delivery and storage of messages.

The storefront section embeds a Google Maps frame so you can locate the Badlapur East flagship. Loading the map may allow Google to collect your IP address, approximate location and device information, and may set cookies on Google's domains.

We do not control those cookies. Please review Google's privacy policy if you prefer to limit this. The map is the only third-party embed on the site.

We do not set first-party advertising or analytics cookies. If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live, with an appropriate consent mechanism.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Access is limited to the team members who need it to serve you.

• To confirm and fulfil pantry orders, festive hampers and bulk enquiries.
• To schedule Ayurvedic consultations, site visits and eco-stay reservations.
• To issue and verify Shakti-Sthal stewardship records you request.
• To respond to questions and improve our services.

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate (for example, payment collection or delivery partners) strictly to complete your request, or where required by law, regulation or a valid legal order.

You may ask us to confirm, correct or delete the personal information we hold in our WhatsApp records by calling or messaging the store. We will act on reasonable requests, subject to record-keeping obligations for food and tax compliance.

Please avoid sending detailed medical reports or other sensitive information through the website forms. Share only what is necessary for your appointment, and bring reports to the consultation in person.

Bookings for minors should be made by a parent or guardian. School plantation programmes are coordinated with the institution and require guardian consent for student participation.

We may update this policy as the EFL platform grows. The revision date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
