By using this website, ordering EFL Pure products or enquiring about any EFL service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

• Prices are shown as placeholders on this website and are confirmed on WhatsApp before every order. Prices may change with harvest, batch size and packaging.
• Natural products vary in colour, texture, aroma and sediment between harvests. Such variation is a characteristic of unrefined food, not a defect.
• Festive faral and limited-harvest staples are subject to seasonal availability. We will tell you if an item is unavailable before accepting payment.
• All food products are sold under FSSAI licence 21526022004940 by M/S. EFL PURE, Badlapur East.

Ingredients are listed for each product and sample menu item. Our kitchen and packing area handles cereals, legumes, tree nuts, peanuts, milk and sesame. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to us before ordering.

Products are natural and preservative-free. Store them as advised on the pack and use within the recommended period.

EFL Health Care is a pilot Ayurvedic consultation and acupressure centre. Our services are complementary and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for emergency care, diagnosis by a registered medical practitioner, or prescribed medication.

Outcomes vary by individual. No specific clinical result is guaranteed. Please disclose existing conditions, pregnancy and current medication before any therapy. You may be referred to an appropriate medical professional where necessary.

Information about Indian Eco Park on this website is illustrative and intended to introduce the ecological concept. It is not an offer, invitation to invest, or representation of title.

Any plot purchase or holiday-home arrangement is subject to separate due diligence, statutory approvals, title verification and a written agreement. Site visits do not create any right, interest or booking in land.

A digital stewardship certificate records your intent to adopt an eight-tree grove and the details you provide. It is a symbolic and programme record, not a title deed, land ownership document or government certificate.

Grove IDs and GPS records are completed during the plantation drive. We reserve the right to amend planting schedules or species selection based on season, soil and nursery availability.

Eco-cottage stays, thali experiences, consultations and guided site visits are subject to availability and written confirmation. Requests submitted through this website are enquiries, not confirmed bookings.

Please notify us of cancellations or changes as early as possible so the slot can be released to another family.

The EFL name, marks, photography, copy and design on this website belong to Eco Friendly Life unless otherwise credited. You may share links and use screenshots for personal, non-commercial reference. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.

Orders and bookings are communicated through WhatsApp, and the site embeds Google Maps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes or data handling by third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, EFL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, reliance on illustrative content, or delays caused by third-party messaging services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra.
